Lunch. Lights. Action! – Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Lunch. Lights. Action! promotion (Promotion) conducted at Busselton Central Shopping Centre, 2 Prince Street, Busselton WA 6280 (Centre).
  2. The Promotion is conducted by Busselton Central (Promoter).
  3. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion Period

  1. The Promotion commences at 10am on Monday 28 September 2026 and concludes at 3pm on Friday 9 October 2026, or earlier if all available Movie Tickets have been redeemed (Promotion Period).
  2. The Promotion operates between 10am and 3pm, Monday to Friday only, during the Promotion Period.
  3. A total of 200 Movie Tickets are available across the Promotion.

3. Eligibility and how to participate

  1. To participate, customers must spend $50 or more in a single transaction at one Participating Retailer between 10am and 3pm, Monday to Friday, during the Promotion Period.
  2. The qualifying purchase must be made in-store at Busselton Central. Online purchases are not eligible.
  3. Following an eligible purchase, the Participating Retailer will provide the customer with one Movie Redemption Voucher, subject to availability.
  4. The Movie Redemption Voucher must be presented to Reading Cinemas Busselton for redemption in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  5. On presentation of a valid Movie Redemption Voucher, the customer will receive one Movie Ticket for Reading Cinemas Busselton.
  6. Movie Tickets are valid until [9/10/27] and are subject to Reading Cinemas' standard terms and conditions and any applicable session or film restrictions. [Exclusions relating to premium sessions, special events, upgrades or surcharges may apply.]
  7. The Promoter and Reading Cinemas reserve the right to request the original qualifying purchase receipt as evidence that the eligibility requirements have been met.

4. Participating Retailers

Participating Retailers are:

  • Busselton Pavilion
  • Inara
  • Pretzel Australia
  • Jamaica Blue
  • Dôme Cafe
  • Benesse Cafe
  • Boost Juice
  • Sushi Sushi

5. Qualifying purchases

  1. A qualifying purchase receipt must:
    • be dated within the Promotion Period;
    • be issued between 10am and 3pm, Monday to Friday;
    • show a purchase of $50 or more in a single transaction from a Participating Retailer; and
    • relate to an in-store purchase made at Busselton Central.
  2. Each qualifying receipt may only be used once to receive a Movie Redemption Voucher.
  3. Multiple redemptions are permitted during the Promotion Period where a customer makes separate qualifying purchases and presents a different valid receipt for each redemption.
  4. Transactions cannot be split and receipts cannot be combined to reach the minimum $50 spend.

6. Availability

  1. A maximum of 200 Movie Tickets are available across the Promotion and are available strictly while stocks last.
  2. Each Participating Retailer has been allocated a limited number of Movie Redemption Vouchers.
  3. Once a Participating Retailer's allocation of Movie Redemption Vouchers has been exhausted, no further vouchers will be available from that retailer.
  4. If all 200 Movie Tickets are redeemed before 3pm on Friday 9 October 2026, the Promotion will end early.

7. Excluded persons

Employees, contractors and agents of the Promoter, Busselton Central, Centre Management, Participating Retailers, Reading Cinemas and suppliers directly involved in the Promotion, together with their immediate families, are not eligible to participate.

8. Movie Redemption Vouchers and Movie Tickets

  1. Movie Redemption Vouchers and Movie Tickets are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  2. Lost, stolen or damaged Movie Redemption Vouchers or Movie Tickets will not be replaced, except where required by law.
  3. Movie Tickets must be used in accordance with Reading Cinemas' applicable terms and conditions.
  4. Any additional cost associated with upgrading a Movie Ticket or selecting an excluded or premium session is the responsibility of the customer, where such an upgrade is permitted by Reading Cinemas.

9. Personal information

  1. Where the Promoter or Reading Cinemas collects a participant's name or other personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, that information will only be used for purposes associated with conducting and administering the Promotion.
  2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Centre's Privacy Policy, available at busseltoncentral.com.au.
  3. Participation in the Promotion does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications unless the participant separately provides that consent.

10. General

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any qualifying purchase, receipt or Movie Redemption Voucher and to refuse redemption where the requirements of these Terms and Conditions have not been met.
  2. The Promoter may disqualify any participant who tampers with the Promotion or attempts to obtain a Movie Redemption Voucher or Movie Ticket through fraudulent or improper means.
  3. If the Promotion cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion, subject to applicable laws.
  4. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
  5. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or use of a Movie Ticket, except to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
