Development Update: October 2022

Development is full steam ahead at Busselton Central with formwork starting to take shape for level 1 and the commencement of internal lightweight walls to the ground floor tenancies. We are excited to introduce a few of the retailers that will be going inside these walls.

From the maker of Casina in Dunsborough, Busselton Central will welcome Head Chef Dan Johnson with wife and Manager Jo Johnson and their vibrant new restaurant Inara, due to open mid 2023 when construction is complete. Dan brings with him an extensive resume of well known eateries around the world where he enhanced his love of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. Jo has an extensive background in hospitality and looks forward to giving you a warm welcome to their new restaurant.

Reading Cinemas will be located on level one and will feature five state-of-the-art auditoriums, all with plush recliner seats. In addition, Reading is bringing Titan Luxe to Busselton, a revolution in movie going. All movies shown in Titan Luxe are presented with mind blowing Dolby Atmos 360° immersive sound and the very latest in laser projection, providing moviegoers with striking, vivid images unmatched by competitors or home systems. Did we mention, dine-in menu options?

Cotton On will expand in the development with Cotton On Mega prepared to arrive. Cotton On is an Australian fashion and lifestyle brand featuring effortless, affordable and accessible style. Cotton On Mega will include all your favourite Cotton On brands in one mega store including Cotton On Kids ,Cotton On Body, Rubi, and women's and men's fashion.
